I just got this email from a friend…

"I need some information about the Catholic Religion. I am taking a humanities class & have to do a report - could you help me out?

Can you get me a church bulletin? Also in this paper I need to write about how the service goes, when the services (day of the week) are, and some of the beliefs, do they sing & have instruments - you know all that stuff. "

Any suggestions on a great book or website, besides this one, of course. 😃 I seriously doubt she would take a look at the catechism. She is not a great student, so I’m sure she’s looking for an easy way out. (I bet she is required to attend Mass, since she is wanting a bulletin.)

Anyway, I want to make sure she gets the best, easiest to decipher info out there. Might be a great chance to bring her home, and I don’t want to mess it up!!!

Thanks!!
:blessyou:

Karl says CA policy is not to do kid’s homework for them. Send her to Mass. The bulletin won’t help her anyhow, unless she wants to know what time parish meetings are, who is selling pierogi and when, the daily readings, and which local businesses are owned by parishioners.

I know…I’m going to tell her to come to Mass with me. I’m guessing that the bulletin is for proof they attended the services. I definitely don’t want to do her homework for her…(she’s an adult, though). That’s why I want to direct her towards a book rather than answer the questions for her.
