But you do know what a knife is, right? Even if there is no such thing as a 30" knife, there is still such a thing as a “KNIFE” and that an individual muslim came into the church and brandished his knife at a PRIEST because the PRIEST is a CHRISTIAN.

Protest things like what? Protest the fact that the priest tried to DEFEND himself and the CHURCH BUILDING by TALKING to this MUSLIM?

I don’t want to sound biased or anything, but please share an event recently in which a Muslim was targetted for being Muslim and threatened to be killed. Better yet when mobs of thousands of Christians rioted and attack towns and Mosques in regions accross the country. I don’t want to be negative, often many know I defend the faith of Islam and so I don’t want to be offensive, but as a collective group Muslims aren’t under the same situation in comparison to the topic of the thread, often it isn’t a physical attack or large scale riot of that Christians attack Muslims, I know from reading it even here that Christians seem to have very biased words and opinions, even though often contrary to Church teachings, but I have only heard of words ad signs, not physical attacks.
Why protest to something that wont be heard in a Muslim country? I don’t like to referre Muslims as you did. I like Muslim or one of Islamic faith, but you go too far in ye name you called them. I definitely don’t like the use of the Lord’s name in such a manner. Please refrain from such usage of terminology on this forum.

the cartoon protest… nigerian christians attacked and killed muslims… and muslims killed christians as well…it happens on both sides and i can assure you that neither Christianity nor Islam permits it.
Not the same at all. Some people drew some cartoons, offensive as they were, Muslims get upset and atack people. No Christians groups went and looked for trouble, no threats were made, no Christian riots went out and burned 11 Mosques. My friend you referre to Christian towns defending themselves against attackers as Muslims being targetted and killed for their religion? I think you need to brush up on the story, for one what reason would Christians have to attack Muslims for cartoons mocking Muslims? Second, how would the very small minority of Christians in the Country get a sizable force to overcome police and army and get to the mostly Muslim towns and defeat the overwhelming multitudes and attack their buildings? In Lebanon too, Muslim roots behind all violence, but Christians did defend themselves too, again no mosqes were burnt or Christian groups and riots, all Muslim. Try again to find a comparison to what is happening to Christians in Muslim countries, I don’t think you can.
My question exactly, my friend here seems to not be able to find one. I usually will defend the Islamic faith when it is unjustly attacked, but in this case there is none.
Fix your facts, my dear. The muslims attacked the christians in protest of the cartoons. The christians retaliated. The christian attack was in defense of the christians that have died. The muslim attack was in defense of a “cartoon!!!”
