You need to call the police and many other people, if you haven’t already.
If it is you, then DO NOT DO THIS. As much as everything might hurt, it can be overcome, and you will just hurt so many people. Tell someone immediately that you are thinking of this.

If s/he is in US please tell him/her to contact 1-800-273-8255 , a line helping suicidal people. There are similar help lines also in other countries.
