80 of his family members were killed, including his mother, and 5,000 people were killed in his parish church, where they had taken refuge during the genocide in Rwanda, Africa. This priest, who concludes with some surprising stories of forgiveness and now has a gift of healing, tells his own spiritual story.

I LOVE this priest! I have been blessed to hear him speak twice (in French translated to English).

So humble, but with a sense of humor.

At the retreat where I first encountered him, many of us had bought Seven Sorrows Rosaries and wanted to have them blessed. After one of the Masses, he announced that he would bless any items that needed blessing. Probably 100 people surrounded the area in the convention center where the altar was. He did not do one “group blessing”, but went to each person indiviually and blessed their items. I was touched.

He has the gift of healing, but he is very clear about Who is actually doing the healing.

Love him!
