Well, first of all, I don’t kneel to pray at all any more, but that’s because I finally broke down & admitted I was
too old & was going to get:blush: stuck down there!!But, I think that when people are kneeling to pray, it is a good way to humble themselves, & also to concentrate on praying. The same as closing your eyes, you know??
And, after all, since we ask one another to pray for one another all the time, why would we not want to ask the saints in Heaven as well???
