A question about spiritual bouquets

Does anyone know whether spiritual bouquets are “time-bound”? As in, do all of the spiritual works have to be “performed” when the bouquet is presented? Or can it be like a mixed bouquet of already-bloomed flowers and some yet-to-bloom flowers?

I think the “mixed bouquet” approach is fine, as long as you are committed to carrying out the prayers promised in a timely fashion.

You can state it that way when you offer the spiritual bouquet: “I will pray” or “I am in the process of praying” (whatever prayers you intend) rather than “I have prayed …”

this is essentially a promise to do some pious excercise for the benefit of another person, so it makes sense to “spread it out”, but it is a promise and should be kept if at all possible, even a long time after
