Is It just me, or is there a similarity of chronological events in these two stories? Because if a similarity of events does ocurr, long before Christ, Buddha was a legitimate Jehova Witness since Buddha is also known as the silent master.

To not put too fine a point on it - yes it is just you. I see very little similarity apart from the mention of the Earth - which of course is mentioned in loads of other religious writings, from the Ancient Egyptian and Ancient Greek stories of creation onwards.

For one, Buddha isn’t usually considered to be God or a god, unlike Jesus Christ who is almost universally considered to be God by His followers. In fact it isn’t even necessary to believe in God or gods to be Buddhist.

Neither has Christ’s power ever been challenged by any other god - for there is no other, not for most Christians, only the One Triune God.
