hello everyone Im a 3rd order franciscan formee , I would to ask if anyone of you know to request a relic from franciscan saints ? thank you for the answer
 
Write a letter to sanctuary /monastery and that is it. Or visit one.
You wont get first class relic through post but prayer card with piece 2nd/3rd relic probably.

I don’t, never asked franciscans for relics but you can find mail on their pages. It depends from whom you are looking to get relics.
