Warn us when posting links with graphic images, please.

Some of us have sensitive stomachs, eat while at the computer, or have children around who may see what we are doing online who do not need to see images reminding us of how evil this world can get. When you post links to sites that include graphic pictures (including pictures of grossly deformed people, and aborted babies- just to give a couple of examples), PLEASE let us know by warning us in the post you put the link in.

I have made it a practice, since joining this forum, because it is my general practice, never to click on a link unless the post tells me what the site is and what the content is to which the poster refers. I have recommended here several times that this be a forum rule.

“Here is a great link GrossPoliticalActivism.com , with graphic abortion pictures used by some pro-life advocates in their campaigns” link

“This link to Weird Catholic News of the World describes the coming tribulation and punishment of the damned.” link

I don’t click on links either unless people tell me what’s in them. It is a bit frustrating when they don’t- because I like to browse the forums regularly, and the link could be something I want to read, but don’t want to see disgusting pictures- and have other things to do besides post on these forums.

Would everyone please also consider a warning before linking to a very large file?
