No i’m not. I’m accepting whats wrong with me.

Accepting one’s fault alone without dealing the fault can only do more harm than good.

If you accept your fault and truly realize it was your faults, then your resolution is to do better, not to accept what is wrong with you. Everyone deserves to have a change for better and everyone should do better.

If you accept your fault but deep inside you think it is part of other people’s fault, then your resolution is to forgive those who caused you pain and hurt. Do not let their faults to be an excuse for accepting who you are not supposed to be.

In order to forgive someone, one should not giving up first on searching the truth - Jesus Christ is the Truth. Through Him, you will find the strength to forgive others, and most of all to not accept your wrong doing but to ask Jesus to help you be the person whom He wants you to be and whom you actually wish you would be - that is “not ugly girl” …not “accepting what’s wrong with you”. Everyone is beautiful in God’s eye.

I have a spiritual director, a nun and they helped me reach this resolution of accepting myself the way I am.

Either your director and nun are wrong or you have drawn a resolution based on your understanding. I have never heard any spiritual director or nun who helps anyone comes to this resolution. You might want to ask them if this is truly the resolution they want you to go with.

I’m not. I’m accepting that I must not make the assumption that I belong and I am loved. To presume god’s love is a sin.

To presume God’s love is not a sin, but to keep on rejecting God’s love with full knoweledge is a sin. In your case, I believe that you need more time to grow. No one should expect anyone to understand God’s love in a short amount of time.

In order to know God’s love, one must not give up searching His Love. No one can come to the Father except through Jesus. You should find this Love through Jesus, through His Passion, His dying for us.

I can’t be compared to Jesus. Jesus is one in the trinity, God would never abandon or stop loving himself.

Of course, who is to say he can be compared to Jesus except Satan. Only pride can come to this comparision.

The Trinity is 3 persons but one God. They are inseparable. If you know that God loves you, you soon will realize Jesus loves you the same.

I’m not following emotions, I’m following experience and reason and clear proofs that I have resolved to accept. It is a resolution I have reached after much meditation and prayer, discussing and reading through here, going to confession for once in a long while and talking with a spiritual director, a monastic nun.
I have had a spiritual director lead me so my resolution is sound according to the faith.

Again, it is not accordidng to the Faith. Should I talk to this spiritual director and Nun? I would love to if I am allowed.

I have picked these few aspects that I think people have wrongly understood. I hope it makes more sense now. This is my resolution, this is what it is and this is where my search has led me. I have found my peace, I wanted to share it with you. I will pray that others will find where they belong too.

I understand you somehow, but understanding is nothing near agreeing with what you believe - it is not according to the faith.
