I didn’t think I would ever have the chance to see the “Passion” film again on the large screen (I do have the video, but haven’t watched it) but to my joy and surprise, it has returned to three cinemas in my city for Holy Week and maybe another week. It is not the “cut” version but the full one.
I saw it on Palm Sunday. This film (which I saw a few times last year) was a real life-changer for me, and I hope anyone who has the chance to see it will do so.
The reason I’m surprised at its return is that my country is a pretty secular one compared to the US, so I didn’t think there’d be any demand for its return. Thanks be to God!
