Since it is not necessary for physical beings to produce any particular effect, and since physcal beings cannot cause the law of their own behavior, not only must it be true that the uncaused-cause is causing the laws of physics, it must also be true that the uncaused-cause is causing beings to act in a particular way for a very definite end.

That last part about definite ends doesn’t follow from what precedes it.

Maybe the uncaused cause gets a kick out of spinning up universes with various different physical laws just to see how they turn out.

Maybe the uncaused cause didn’t even plan what the physical laws will be, but just throws out a bunch of random stuff and random rules about how they interact just to see what comes out.
