A very particular prayer request for my Mom

We are having a fight about some herbed cheese she gave me. I got so sick on it that I complained to her (you never complain to my mother about her food) about it and in the way of little particulars being so terribly important in my family now all the family relationships are turned upside down. The slightest word can run through the entire family in a second creating wave after wave of impact.

We got onto the subject of religion and now I am afraid my father, an apostate Catholic, professing atheism, is wanting to attack.

Also please pray for me about the book I have paid to get self-published. I keep retracting it and then resubmitting it because I don’t know whether it is good enough and I don’t know whether it is appropriate, but I’ve paid the money and can’t it back this time.

Also for my finances as my income is slim and I have too many needs.

I think that’s it for now.

Oh, for an end to the conflict between me and my neighbors. Nil illegitimus carborundum.
 
Praying for your intentions. That all of your relationships with your mom and other family members be healed, that faith, truth, and charity prevail, that your dad will come back to the faith, for your published book, and for God to provide the things that you are in dire need of. I ask all of these through Jesus Christ, our LORD. Amen.

Blessed Saint Joseph,

holy guardian of Jesus and Mary, assist us by your prayers in all necessities of life. Ask of Jesus that special grace which he granted to you, to watch over our home at the pillow of the sick and the dying, so that with Mary and with you, Heaven may find our family unbroken in the sacred Heart of Jesus.

O Mary, my mother and Our Lady of Surprises, what a happy joy you caused the wedding guests, when you asked your Divine Son to work the miracle of water into wine. What a happy surprise for them since they thought the wine had run dry. I, too, Mary, love surprises and as your child, may I ask you to favor me with one today? I ask this only because you are my ever caring mother.

Holding a grudge over cheese? Yikes. God bless you for hanging in there with all that nonsense. Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful, and kindle in them the fire of Your love. Send forth Your Spirit, and they shall be created, and You shall renew the face of the earth. Amen.
 
Prayer for All Mothers

O almighty and eternal God, Lord of both the living and the dead, Your tender mercy embraces all men foreknown to be Yours by faith and a good life. Through the intercession of the Most Blessed Virgin Mary our Mother, and of all the saints, grant Your merciful pardon to all mothers for whom we pray, whether they still are living in this world or have departed from this flesh into the world to come. Especially, dear Lord, grant the requests I now make of You for mouse’s mother. Through Christ our Lord and Mary, our Heavenly Mother. Amen.
