since poster is in KS it is well to observe the document criticizes a document that governs catechesis in the province of Ontario Canada.
 
Why does it matter if I’m in KS? That’s like finding a problem with World Over, based in DC, talking about the Church in China. A Canadian Catholic friend sent it to me, BTW.
