Washington, DC – Planned Parenthood has quietly launched a move to exploit the provisions of the pro-abortion health care bill President Barack Obama signed into law. The abortion business has launched a new effort designed to secure free birth control pills for women at taxpayer expense.

This idiotic plan is based on the idea that the “pill” is preventive medicine. Because we all know that pregnancy is a horrible disease and needs to be prevented at all costs. :mad:

Yet, antibiotics, antihistamines, and antidepressants will still be paid for out of our own pockets. Only anti-baby drugs will be paid for by the government (by way of dipping their hands into your and my pockets). Give me a break!
 
If there’s one thing I can say to Pro-Life Americans, fight this. Free or really cheap birth control does not reduce abortion rates.

We have really cheap BC or free BC down in New Zealand and our abortion rates are as hefty as ever.

Birth control is no friend of the pro-lifer, especially considering, depending where you read, that 50 - 75% of abortions are for failed BC.
