I hope so too… the wife and I will be moving there when we retire… wished it was now tho., California is too crowded and liberal for us.

The courts will just overturn it. What we need is some state to tell the Judiciary what they can do with their rulings. I think nothing short of a constitutional crisis will get the resolved.

But the timing is nice…it won’t make it to the Supreme Court until after Alito is a sitting judge…which gives us 5 pro life votes. It could be upheld, might take a couple years to get there though…
