Abortion and canonical irregularity

If a man has illicite sex and the girl becomes pregnant, but doesn’t tell him and takes the decision to abort, without either telling him, does he incurr a canonical irregularity for the reception of hol orders ?

If he is suspicious of the girl’s situation, but doesn’t do anything, is he irregular ?

I’m not a canon lawyer, but I believe the irregularity only attaches if one directly assists in procuring the abortion.
