This is just a hypothetical scenario I’m curious about…

A girl made the very bad mistake of having premarital sex… To make a long story short she got pregnant…

Her parents kind of heavily pressured her into having an abortion… This got the mother, father, and her excommunicated…

The parents seem apathetic to it… But she’s terrified and really feels alot of remorse for what she did…

Is there anyway for her to go to the Bishop or something of her diocese and repent and be allowed back into the Church or is she beyond God’s grace and love?

The girl only has to go to Confession and if she sincerely repents then she will be absolved and the excommunication lifted.
However, in her case she may not only not be excommunicated but what she did may not be a mortal sin. I say this because if she was effectively coerced into having the abortion then her culpability is reduced.
Best way though is to go to Confession.

She is not beyond God’s grace and mercy.
God knows she sinned and is sorry, and that she has been sinned against by being pressured to have the abortion.
May God give her the grace to forgive her parents and pray for them,
and to forgive herself.
Tell her to name her baby, and to ask her baby to forgive her and to pray for her.
Her little baby understands and forgives her. The baby has only love and goodness to give. Little baby please pray for your poor mother and your grandparents. You are stronger than us because you never sinned. Pray for your mother that her heart and soul are healed. She will need your prayer all her life.
