Abortion in the case of a deceased baby?

I recently heard someone propose a certain case where an abortion is performed in order to remove the body of a dead child in the womb. Would this particular case be considered immoral since the baby is already deceased? Thank you for your help!
 
If fetal death has occurred then it is morally permissible to remove the remains from the uterus.
