Our Blessed Mother Mary is the mother of Jesus. Jesus is God the Son, the second person of the Holy Trinity that accepted human form to redeem all of mankind. He is both God and man. Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit and Mary remained a perpetual virgin.
God is one being, but God is not one person. God is in fact three persons - Father, Son and Holy Spirit are each persons (which is why we call them the First, Second and Third PERSONS of the Trinity), but those three persons are nonethless one God. This is so through the mystery of the Holy Trinity.
It’s a bit like your family is one being - one family - but nonetheless numerous persons are part of that one family, and the mother of one of those persons is not the mother of the whole family.
