An aquaintance visited me and said that I tense up a lot and that I should calm down.
I calm down whenever I do something that just feels right. I find it difficult to meditate than before, but I try not to let that bother me and find other ways to calm down, namely, writing. More specifically writing that is from the heart, something that feels right and not forced.
I like to drink something warm. It’s like a way of giving yourself therapy.
