Brothers and sisters in Christ, is it possible that there are truths of our Faith in the Bible that were written first before these were preached orally? What I mean is that is it possible that the Holy Spirit revealed these truths to the authors while they were writing Scripture-- that they wrote these truths down first and then preach about it? If so, can we tell where such truths are?

Simply curious.

Shalom, amen.

If I understand your question correctly, I think the visions of the Book of Revelation would be an example of things that were first written and then preached. Jesus told John, “Now write what you see, what is and what is to take place hereafter.” (Rev 1:19)

I believe your question points directly toward what we now understand as development of doctrine. ??? Maybe?

When the NT speaks of “searching the Scriptures” it means to read the Scriptures (OT) to find Christ in them as the fulfillment of the prophesies. Is that what you are getting at?
