Absence of Prayer After Communion

The sacramentary gives a opening prayer for certain Saints days but gives no Prayer over the gifts or prayer after communion. In this case what do you use? For example today Aug 5 is the Dedication of St. Mary Major only the opening prayer is given. So for the POG and the prayer after communion what will be used?
 
Can you also use the POG and Prayer after communion from the 18th Sunday in OT?

Yes, if commemorating the saint’s day. If celebrating it, no; one uses the propers provided and where they’re lacking the appropriate common.
