I thought the reason for condoms was to prevent AIDS in Africa! So if something else does a better job, why not espouse it… aside from teh fact that it’s morally right and condoned by the Catholic CHurch?

I’m unsure how an individual can commit fornication or adultery. Don’t you have to do that as a couple?
 
The best part was that their solution to the “population shortage” was to pass out condoms. What does that say about the effectiveness of condoms???
