“Women are sources of life. Yet they are continually offended, beaten, raped, coaxed into prostitution and to kill the life that occurs in their womb. Any violence inflicted on women is a profanation of God, born of a woman.”

I´m glad he speaks out against abortion - which is the gravest immoral and injustice in today´s society.

This pope speaks out strongly against all the sins, and it’s the way he began his pontificate, and has continued ever since.

I don´t really like how it´s been in the Church during his pontificate. In my honest opinion, the Church has taken a step in a liberal direction. However, this is something that I´m pleased with, so let´s focus on that 🙂

toward Liberalism ? - which is Condemned!

Pro Abortion - as with Pro Active Homosexuality - connects with Satan

Church Teachings on Abortion - have not been taught anywhere’s near the point
whereby every Catholic and non-Catholic knows exactly what it is…

Including - Teachings applying to Voting on Pro-Abortion Politicians
especially so-called “Catholic” politicians - and even some Clergy and Religious,
Including that concerning - no Reception of Communion Allowed and “excommunication”

And Including any who are very soft (read Wrong) in their actions re: Murder of babes in the Womb.

Which might include some of whom this pope might know… ?

Yeah, abortion is bad. I guess it’s good that he is saying that. But that is kinda common sense. Where is the action?

No near beginning of pontificate he said Catholics are “obsessed” with abortion and “talk about it too much”

Pope Says Church Is ‘Obsessed’ With Gays, Abortion and Birth Control

Saying that the Roman Catholic Church should seek a “new balance,” Pope Francis articulated his vision of an inclusive church, evoking gratitude and hope from liberal Catholics who had felt left out in the cold.
As in speaks out of both sides of one’s mouth?

At the heart of all the handwringing and panic are the news headlines which often sensationalize statements and use them to build false narratives. But what the pope said was true. There are 4 Sins that are so wicked that they cry out to Heaven for vengeance, yet most people seem to only remember two of those 4 sins.

Got it, so the “sins” he’s strongly speaking out against is “handwringing and panic” about 42 million babies being slaughtered each year.

No, you didn’t get it. yours is a example of misinterpreting and building false conclusions. Pope Francis has condemned abortion more than any other pope, including comparing it to hiring a hit man, and he has called on all politicians to oppose it. . . .

Well I’m glad you’re correcting us that our outrage at the annual slaughter of 42 million babies is overblown and needs to be tempered

This thread is just one that demonstrates why the Catholic Church is losing its power as a voice for morality. So many ‘newcomers’ have come into the Church and spent nearly every waking breath condemning the Pope. The power of a unified Church to influence culture is diminished every time the Pope who is a lifelong man of God, is undermined by the holier than thou’s who think that they know more than the Church. They need to let go of their inbuilt anti Catholic divisiveness and think in terms of the unity of the Church. Then you’ll see some action by the very hand of the Holy Spirit.

Eph 4 I therefore, the prisoner in the Lord, beg you to lead a life worthy of the calling to which you have been called, 2 with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another in love, 3 making every effort to maintain the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace. 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called to the one hope of your calling, 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism, 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all and through all and in all.

Again, yours is an example of the misinformation that flows out of the mouths of talking heads. Yes, killing children is a great evil, and the pope has condemned it more and more strongly than any other pope in history; yet the devil is not so much interested in sending children to Limbo but rather, he is more interested in making murderers out of men and women, that way he can drag their souls into hell. Likewise, the devil is not so much interested in attacking the pope, but rather, in spreading misinformation about the pope, and making slanderers out of people, which leads to confusion, loss of faith and the ushering of souls out of the Church. The devil is tricky.

Yeah the devil is so tricky he’s convincing people to speak up against the annual slaughter of 42 million babies . Talk about tricky!
yes. Pope Francis has spoken out against it stronger than any other Pope in history. But as everyone should know, there are 4 sins that are so wicked that they cry out for vengeance from heaven. 1. Murder 2. Sodomy 3. The oppression of the poor 4. Defrauding workers of their wages.

Really? Nothing can be done? Cannon 915? Putting effort into defeating political positions that back murdering babies? The catholic medical community can’t be directed by the Holy See? The chair of Peter is powerless and relegated to hollow words? Everyday Catholics are powerless to stop the bloody slaughter of innocents? We must just take it and say killing is bad? The Church is that impotent!? It just seems like more action is taken on climate change. To me, this is the definition of lip service.
