Not really. Any Act of Contrition is fine for Confession.
Sure, we could discuss the different meanings of words or phrases, or the subtleties of them; of course that’s true. However when it comes down to whether or not any particular form of an Act of Contrition is objectively better, or even whether it affects if the sacrament is valid/licit, any sincere Act of Contrition is perfectly acceptable.
You can make up your own. It will be just as valid. A priest who listens to it will make sure it “covers the bases”. In our very orthodox parish in the Arlington VA diocese, we had a priest who encouraged my wife to make her own.
