What are some things that literally occurred in the Bible that have historical and archaeological evidence?

The census in Jesus’ time…that Herod was King. Wasn’t the Babylonian captivity also proven and the years of slavery of the Israelites by the Egyptians?

Actually I don’t think there is sufficient physical evidence for Exodus.
(I don’t readily believe TV education channels anymore like National Geographic, History, Discovery, etc.)

I don’t know where you get your information from, but it is wrong. Recent discoveries by Egyptologists have discovered hieroglyphs in the Cairo Museum that definitely prove the Israelites were slaves in Egypt. The fact that there is little record of the Israelites in Egypt in later times is de-facto proof that they left there for other places.

I believe there was a recent discovery of a kingdom that is believed to be the Davidic kingdom as described in the OT.

There has also been conjecture about evidence of a large flood that occurred in the middle east a long long time ago. Not global, but could be the actual event of the Flood, having flooded the known world to the people at the time.

The story of the Maccabeean revolt told in 1 and 2 Maccabees is based on actual historical fact.

Alexander the Great conquered the known world in an attempt to bring all societies in line with Greek culture (hellenize). Many Jews committed apostasy and even had their circumcisions reversed in procedure known as epispasm. Alexander’s kingdom was divided among 12 governors after his death and two of these warred over Israel and the surrounding area in part because of the value of the Kings Highway. Judas Maccabee led a revolt and eventually captured Jerusalem and rebuilt the temple. The Maccabees eventually became the Pharisees.

The entire story is based on clear historical fact. That Alexander the Great conquered Israel and the subsequent events are not really debated by historians. One of the foundation walls of the rebuilt temple still stands.

The Maccabees eventually became the Pharisees.

No, no, the Maccabees - specifically, Simon Maccabee - founded the Hasmonean dynasty, which ruled Judea as priest-kings (specifically, as high priest and at the same time, as ethnarchs and later, basileus ‘king’) and expanded their territory by conquering neighboring lands - such as Idumaea - the Edom of the OT - between 140 BC to 37 BC.

It is a group aligned with the Maccabees - the “Asideans” (Ḥasidim ‘the pious’) - that is thought to be the proto-Pharisees.
