Admitted Myself to the ER

Hello,

I recently admitted myself to the ER for an issue I was having with my heart, and after two hours of tests, the doctor prescribed me medications and sent me home. I asked him, “You mean I have to just live with this?”

His response was, “Yep.”
’
There’s no way I can live with this issue for the rest of my life. So, I’m going make an appointment with a cardiologist tomorrow to see if there’s anything else that can be done.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal ( DustWind). You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from

Thank you for your prayers. I was worried that the cardiologist was going to tell me the same thing that the doctor from the ER told me, but instead he’s working with me to get me back to my normal self. I go back to see him in a couple of weeks. The medication helps with the discomfort and allows me to go about business as usual. In the meantime, I’m trying to lose the 11 lbs. that I put on over the winter. I feel like I put on more than that, but the scale tells me otherwise.

Almighty and Eternal God, You are the everlasting health of those who believe in You. Hear us for Your sick servant, @DuskWind for whom we implore the aid of Your tender mercy, that being restored to bodily health, they may give thanks to You in Your Church. Through Christ our Lord.
