Do you consider a photo of a loved one in your hand being in their presence?
This is no different than viewing it on your computer monitor as the iPhone/Touch are doing the same thing, just a web browser in a smaller package.
Well when a person is not able to be physically present at Adoration or in front of a Tabernacle. A picture could be used as a sacramental to help bring love of the blessed Sacrament to mind. I know a Hospital that has the Blessed Sacrament chapel monstrance on one of it’s TV channels. Many people who are in bed and cannot visit in person will say a rosary with the TV channel on. As long as someone does not try and say this is as good as being present there.

Looking at your posts from a different thread I see that you are new and trying to learn about the topic, and it looks like you are learning fast.
This is an interesting debate. I guess another way of asking the question is this: If Jesus came down from heaven and decided to contact you via webcam, how would you address him? Would you be sinning if you fell on your knees before his image? Or would you talk to him like you would talk to anyone else on your webcam?
