Sometimes I just silently call out “Jesus” when I am tempted, often in one of the ways described in the article. It is much harder to sin when calling on our Saviour’s name and thinking of him.
There us a line in an evangelical hymn that says 'when temptations round you gather, breathe thar holy name in prayer ’
