Most people would agree that an apple is more aesthetically pleasing than a dead goat. This suggests that their are degrees of aesthetic perfection in the universe. Some of these things such as unpleasant smells are undesirable.

Why would God create aesthetically undesirable things such as unpleasant smells?

Are unpleasant smells nessesary in order to accomodate for some greater good considering Gods omnipotence?

E.g a working body must be composed of things of varying degrees of perfection - some unpleasant.

Did Aesthetically displeasing things exist before the fall?

lol.

a dead goat would smell yummy to the wolf.
the smell of sardines smell better in other cultures.
