After committing a mortal sin, is every subsequent action sinful?

Is every action that a person takes (even if morally neutral or good in itself) who has committed a mortal sin but has not yet confessed it, sinful?

Since it is ordinarily not completely knowable whether we are in the state of grace or not, is it possible that all of our actions, then, may be sins?

Hi,

Once one commits a mortal sin, his subsequent actions cannot be meritorious until that sin is repented of and forgiven, but they are not automatically sinful either. Only actions that are mortally sinful are ever mortally sinful. Also, one can receive grace while in mortal sin or no one would ever be able to repent. Every action toward God is the result of grace we receive.
