Agnostic wedding ina catholic church?

not sure where to ask this, but what is the running standard (my brother wants to know) about two agnostics wanting to get married ina catholic church, without even really wanting a religious ceremony?
 
The running standard is that it is not feasible.

He might do better asking the Episcopalians or the Unitarians.
