Akathist Hymn Help

Hello everyone!

So, as a gift recently I have received 3 Akathist hymns.

1. Praise of the Theotokos
2. Praise of the Name of Jesus
3. To the Guardian Angel

I am wondering if anyone knows websites or books or something that explains how to sing the Akathist Hymns and like postures and stuff like that. If you could, please provide information regarding the 3 said hymns, however I will take any advice that is necessary since I know nothing about these.
