Hello EveryBody,

I have some good words for Al-Quran. And i would like to stop Christian fellow to quote from Al-Quran, Coz they do not know the ABCD of Al-Quran. And you guyz come up with anti Quranic verses which you like to pretend bad. When i go and check it it is definately doesn’t mean that it has some other meaning and i also check the verses from Fitna Movie. It doesn’t mean anything wrong it verses is open warning. Quran revealed on Prophet Muhammad not only telling him about future also telling him about when he was alive and tell him how to react on particular matters at that time. So my friend please please please do not quote it coz you donot know whats that mean in it. I will end with my signature that “It is not a matter for everyone to understand Al-Quran especially Non-Believers, Like you consult your matters with consultant, So consult Al-Quran with its consultant/Alim/Scholar/Knowledger.” Please Please Please

God Bless:)

It is your holy words. How can it be bad in itself unless it is bad?
48:16 Say (O Muhammad SAW) to the bedouins who lagged behind: “You shall be called to fight against a people given to great warfare, then you shall fight them, or they shall surrender. Then if you obey, Allah will give you a fair reward, but if you turn away as you did turn away before, He will punish you with a painful torment.”
Is that call to fight not relevant today because the bedouins are dead?

I would like to discuss the whole sura to put it in context, but explain this verse to me please:
Muhammad (SAW) is the Messenger of Allah, and those who are with him are severe against disbelievers, and merciful among themselves. You see them bowing and falling down prostrate (in prayer), seeking Bounty from Allah and (His) Good Pleasure. The mark of them (i.e. of their Faith) is on their faces (foreheads) from the traces of (their) prostration (during prayers). This is their description in the Taurat (Torah). But their description in the Injeel (Gospel) is like a (sown) seed which sends forth its shoot, then makes it strong, it then becomes thick, and it stands straight on its stem, delighting the sowers that He may enrage the disbelievers with them. Allah has promised those among them who believe (i.e. all those who follow Islamic Monotheism, the religion of Prophet Muhammad SAW till the Day of Resurrection) and do righteous good deeds, forgiveness and a mighty reward (i.e. Paradise).
( سورة الفتح , Al-Fath, Chapter #48, Verse #29)
severe and merciful: please define.

No i mean to say that you guyz show to others it bad impact on World.

relevant meaning? i donot have dictionary handy.

I am not the expert of Al-Quran. I am just like you of understanding of Al-Quran. But i am strong that its not Prophet Muhammad pbuh word but Allah/God words. And i believe in it blindly and try to apply on my life. I love also hadith my life is sacrifice for hadith which are saying of prophet muhammad and he is a prophet and messenger send to Whole Wide World like Jesus send to Children Of Israel. So i also believe in its word blindly. For hadiths point of you i think twice what is in it coz its related from and note down hadith by especially companion (who saw him) of Muhammad pbuh like apostles of jesus pbuh so i have to think it so many times. But as far verses in Quran i follow it blindly but have difficult in it sometime to understand. And Allah/God promise Al-Quran words to unchange.

Sorry man i could not answer your question about that verses i only understand the half part which is about torah i donot know about bible(injeel).

Consult with some other muslim here. Hopefully Sister Amy saw this thread and answer your question. I am not a Scholar of Al-Quran.

Good Luck

My intent is not to offend, but it is and has been a bad impact on the world.

Is it valid today? Is that verse for all time or for just back in the time of Mohammed? allah offers a fair reward for fighting unbelievers. Are you seeking a fair reward from allah?

I ask you not to follow blindly but to open your eyes. Study not just what is said but why. Where do you live, what country? I would like to suggest a book for you to read.

Ok. I wish Sister Amy would answer, but I don’t think she likes me or my questions. English does not appear to be your fist language and that does not help but I applaud you for trying.
