Instead of talking in riddles, why not explain yourself? What I said was not a “straw man argument”. Definition: “A straw man is a common form of argument and is an informal fallacy based on giving the impression of refuting an opponent’s argument, while actually refuting an argument that was not presented by that opponent.” I said, “I am not aware of any Alan Kurdi sympathisers doing things that actually hindered the ability of other refugees to obtain help”, and you started talking about refugee girls sleeping in their street clothes to avoid being raped. Raped by whom? By “Alan Kurdi sympathisers” I guess. If anybody is guilty of a straw man argument it’s you. I really do not understand your reasoning on this. Nor can I really work out what you line is on immigration and asylum.
