According to Jesus the way, the truth, and the life, is Yehoshuah. Yehoshuah means to be delivered by God, from Yah and yeshuah.
When you have been delivered, you know the truth about life, and it is the only way to know the truth of existence. It is to be born again of spirit, born of God, to descend to the earth as his offspring.

I guess I would have to say “what is the Begining and what is the End” in other words the “Alpha and Omega”. Our life is our journy to understand this the way God wants us to understand it. Anything that you can not take with you when you die in my humble opinion is what is truly real.

Not sure I entirely understand your questions.
The human intellect’s proper object is truth, thus, truth is what the intellect pursues.
What is true life in conformity to what is real? Knowing what is real and living according to it (i.e. living morally) is a life of happiness.
What is real? Kind of a silly question, but that is real which actually exists. Truth is the coorespondence of our perception of reality with the way things actually are.
