Oh Rats! I had turned to this post for supporting Catholic ADULT education in the Parishes. We can’t evangelize for Jesus if we’ve forgotten all our doctrine, and never had any bible study classes to attend.
With such education, we can evangelize better. And if the parishes get into shape, we can go out with parish and parish-cluster groups and help the poor in our neighborhoods!!
We need Catholic Education for Adults!
Of course, as my friend says, people have very little time for Bible-Study classes. I think the Good Ole Fashioned Word was “Sunday School.” Adults go to Sunday School all the time. At least in Evangelical churches, because they want their members to evangelize!
In the 19th Century, farmers and shopkeepers had to work six days a week. That’s why
“Sunday School” got invented. People were busy in those days too.
