I just received a rather timid message from a member. I won’t share the content, but I believe that others may need to know this, especially if you’re new to TC Forum.
You are **always **welcome to send me a Private Message (PM) with your questions, concerns, and suggestions. I have other obligations, so please be patient. It may take me a few hours to get back to you. However, I try to answer every PM in less than 24 hours.
While it is my duty to maintain order and make judgment calls, it is also my pleasure to answer your questions, address your concerns and attend to your suggestions. If I am unable to resolve the matter, I will forward it to someone who can do so or I will point you in the right direction. The only thing that I do not do is debate over infractions. There will always be things that we just learn to live with, because they are what they are, right?
