Am I a Catholic?

I became a Catholic on April 11, 2009 by going through the RCIA process. When I asked fro a copy of my Profession of Faith Certificate yesterday, I was just told that my RCIA Certificate hasn’t been completed. My question is this, am I a Catholic? :confused:
 
Hi,

For one who has not been previously baptized, receiving the sacrament of Baptism in the Catholic Church makes one a Catholic. If one has been previously baptized, then the making of the Profession do Faith makes one a Catholic. The certificate in both cases, is simply a souvenir of a very special event.
