Am I allowed to go to my sister’s wedding???

My sister, raised Catholic (she no longer attends Mass) is planning on getting married by a justice of the peace. My husband is not sure that we, as practicing Catholic’s, are allowed to go. Is there a rule about us attending? Thanks for any insight.
