Here on Catholic.com my “B” is set in a light green disc. Do we have the same colors no matter who is logged in, no matter the device and OS?

Yes, within the technical limitations of the screen (displays tend to distort colors), and subject to user preferences (e.g., color temperature setting). In other words, your light green should be light green everywhere, but might be a different shade of light green.
