Am I wrong to deny my husband marital relations?

We have 2 young children, 20 months and 5 months old. I am breastfeeding the baby, and my cycle has been all messed up since her birth. I really have no idea when I am fertile and when I am not, and for this reason, I am not comfortable having sex with my husband, as we are postponing another pregnancy.

He is understandably very frustrated with this situation. I know that it can be a sin to deny your spouse marital relations, and I worry that it may lead him to temptation/sin. Am I wrong to abstain, even though I feel very strongly that we must postpone pregnancy for the good of our children? This is really putting a strain on my marriage.
