What happened last night? Sanjaya and Haley should definitely not be in the top 12. Those 2 spots should rightly have been for Sundance and the girl with the curly hair. What do y’all think?

Right my favorite 4 are Melinda Doolittle, Chris Sligh, Blake Lewis, and Gina.

I agree…

I don’t really have a favorite yet but I do like the young girl…forgot her name. The women have it this time. much better than the guys.

It amazes me that Sanjaya is still on the program AND in the top 12 no less! I bet the Indian-American community is voting for him.

My favorites are Melinda Dolittle, LaKisha Jones, and Jordin Sparks. I think the Melinda has an edge on all of them though, her singing is flawless.

Send all the guys home. They are just “blah.”

Yep, I completely ditto your post.

The men are weak in my opinion and Sanjaya is no top 12!
He’s only 16 or 17 so I think the teen girls are voting him in.
 
Sanjaya should have never made it into the top 20. Leslie Hunt was my favorite, but she is also the sister of my son’s girlfriend. I admit to bias. I really think Melinda Doolittle is going to win.
 
Why do you people waste your time watching American Idol? It is trash.

Gasp! Just because I know something about American Idol must mean that I watch TV. Wrong. Other people in my family watch this show. Although I never watch TV out of my own volition, I have seen a few minutes of this trash. It represents everything that is wrong with the world. Anyone who watches American Idol is either a TV addict or a moron. I am not afraid to say this. Report me for making fun of this stupid show if you want.

I started watching it because the sister of my son’s girlfriend was on it. She made it to the top 20. I kind of got hooked on it. It is one show the whole family can watch.

I guess so. Sure, I posted that other post. I’m not ashamed of it. But, I am also allowed to delete it if I want to. I didn’t want people to feel that they had been treated “uncharitably”.

I thought the most entertaining part of the show was when Simon indirectly called Ryan gay in the high heels argument and the maybe you should come out of the closet remark. I did like Jordan’s and Melinda’s performances though.
