Whether the top most leaders were thinking of oil or not, which is funny since the US does not get its over-seas oil from the ME but from Canada, Mexico, Venezuela and Nigeria, the invasion of Iraq was for valid reasons as was Afghanistan. The Taliban had plenty of opportunity to hand over AQ leadership for punishment for their attack on the US and they chose to defend them instead.So, we have to wonder what God would think of a war, pretty much over oil rights/money? I dont think he would consider that ‘just’ at all.

Sometimes I would forget to bring an MRE to a sniper mission. Chris would share his MRE and he would talk about family. If he was racist towards Muslims why would he share intimate details of his life with a Muslim? I don’t see that in any way as racist. I think the ones calling Chris Kyle racist are racists.
If you’re going to call Chris Kyle racist, then call me a racist too. At times we were on the base, Kyle would laugh with the other Iraqi soldiers and joke with them. Again, why would a racist engage in that behavior?
The insurgents had a $50,000.00 bounty on my head. Every time Chris Kyle killed an insurgent he saved my family, and the innocent Iraqi families too. Why would a racist man protect me and innocent Iraqi families?

Being tarred with ‘racism’ doesn’t require evidence or logic, but only the accusation and that is enough.In light of the comments from a few that Chris Kyle was a “racist” because he called Iraqi terrorists who murdered non-combatants and vivisected prisoners “savages,” here is an interesting interview with Kyle’s Iraqi Muslim interpreter (who used the code name “Johnny walker” to protect his family). One can argue that the man who shared meals with Kyle and who trusted his life to Kyle as Kyle did for him is mistaken, and that someone who has only read Kyle’s book or seen the movie, or who is repeating out-of-context quotes and feels Kyle is a racist is actually correct and the interpreter is wrong… but I doubt it.
