If I can suggest one; the 1962 Belgian printed and leather wrapped New Marian Missal is very nice. It includes beautiful color art as well as some reflections and prayers not found elsewhere. Some editions are in black and white so keep an eye out for color and the print with the Latin included. There are a few versions of it I would want and some I wouldn’t. I like it more than most Missals I’ve used. Such books will be rather scarce one day, or could already be described that way.
I don’t know much about missals, but I found an ancient St. Joseph one at Half Price Books about a year ago for less than $10. HPB, and any Good Will/Habitat Restore could be hiding any number of Catholic treasures such as that.
it should last another couple years. There is no Latin for Propers but should be for the Ordinaries. Color art as well. Not the prettiest but is good for the price. You might be able to make or buy a leather cover later and have it last longer. Good luck.
