An Andrew Dinner

Three Andrew dinners are occurring in the Spring.
Men who are high school age to 50 years of age are invited to attend an Andrew Dinner.
An Andrew Dinner is called an Andrew Dinner because Saint Andrew was one of the first apostles called by Christ.
This dinner is for gentlemen to find out if they are being called to serve in the Church.
There is also prayer and discussion with the bishop and area priests to find out more about the priesthood.

Have any of you gentlemen and seminarians and priests attended an Andrew dinner?

I went to a couple in our diocese. They were a lot of fun, but it seemed more like a pitch to young men to consider the priesthood, For me who is already considering it, it was not as productive as it could be.
