An odd question

Thank you all again for your posts, my heart is feeling lighter now:) Although it was a hard decision, I have told my husband on the phone the other night and you all were right, he was ok with it. But truely I believe it will not set in until his return in April.

The owner of the pet has an almost sacred responsibility to do the right thing when the time comes.

When the pets life becomes a burden to itself, you must be brave and have it done. The pet is counting on you to do the thing it can not do.

Often times people will let the poor animal go further and further down hill and suffer in a degraded condition because they can’t face it. I understand, but try hard as the OP did and let go. Release the pet.
