Analogy earth vs heaven

I believe that a long time ago I read something along the lines that everything that was created on earth is an analogy of what there will be in heaven however I don´t remember quite well what was written about it. I do find it a very interesting subject tough.
The first thing that comes to my mind is marriage between husband and wife as a picture of the marriage between God and each of us in heaven.
Also in the Bible and also in the works of the saints, they use earthly symbols such as wine or milk in order to explain heavenly things.
This made me think, if we can see all created as a picture of heaven?

I’ve read a NDE that said the earth was like a negative from a photograph of Heaven.

St Paul did say to the Romans that we can know about God in the things that have been made.

One of my favorites was from a Guy how said that his experience to die was as if he had lived his whole life in a bubble underwater at the bottom of the Ocean then one day the bubble broke free and floated the surface and popped opened into the sunlight.🙂

This boasting will do no good, but I must go on. I will reluctantly tell about visions and revelations from the Lord. I was caught up to the third heaven fourteen years ago. Whether I was in my body or out of my body, I don’t know—only God knows. Yes, only God knows whether I was in my body or outside my body. But I do know that I was caught up to paradise and heard things so astounding that they cannot be expressed in words, things no human is allowed to tell.

Thanks for sharing this experience with us. Well I do believe that NDE exist but to me it´s like with visions. I do read visions and prophecies that have yet to be approved by the church but I always keep in mind that the person who received them may error or mix things up afterwards.

Well think it’s a little more than visions, because people can describe clothing and conversations of others in completely different rooms than the one they died in.

I agree with you on that however, some people also receive private revelations along with their near death experience.
