I don’t mind the Dimensions metaphor, though I don’t like using a cube, I prefer Space.
Just a preference, doesn’t make that big a difference, just what I think. 🙂

I think space is a more accurate metaphor, though also harder to visualize, such as when we’re analyzing whether it falls into partialism. But perhaps the difficulty of even conceptually cutting up Space strengthens the analogy even more. 🙂

Maybe if 111 = 1, and 1^1/3 = 1? I’m not a mathematician so I’ll leave it to those smarter than me to explain. But MarcoPolo, in response to your original query, what do you think of this?
I would say that the person is pointing to a particular edge of a cube in front of them, and that edge is not in its essence the same as the other edges. :o It has similar mathematical qualities, but different coordinates and identity.

When you say not the same in essence, can you clarify? Because length, width and height are completely distinct from each other but yet to my non-math perspective, I think they are all vectors or dimensions and hence are the same in essence. We could arbitrarily designate any of the three dimensions as l, w, or h, and those labels would still be correct which I think is evidence of their similarity. What do you think?

Indeed. **L, W, **and H are distinct dimensions, but each coordinate is equivalent in space. If the cube were floating in space, or for that matter in water, we would perceive these sides ss equivalent.

Their difference in identity is necessary for the analogy because F <> S <> HS as shown in the Shield of the Trinity. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shield_of_the_Trinity

So that sounds like it reinforces the notion of having the same essence (I apologize in advance if I misunderstand).
